    1. you boil the water with the herbs, and when it boils, you turn down the fire and let it simmer for 2-3hrs. usually the herbs in one packet are boiled with 1.5litres of water and boiled down to 1-2bowls.

I fail to locate herbs or formulas for nocturia [frequent night urination] or herb to moderate formulas which may promote frequent urination as an undesirable side effect. Chronic disorders are biliary disfunction [inherited] with morning diarrhea and duodenal sensitivity. age at 64.

    1. There is a ceertain type of angelica root for the night urination, its on the safe side but dont take too much.

  9. I have COPD. Are there any breathing herbs that would cure this? I'm on 80% oxygen now.

    1. Loquat leaf and fruit, medlar, and huang qi are good for this. Walnuts and gecko to help the kidneys pick up the lung qi. In TCM the lungs do not pull air in the kidneys do, the lungs push out.
